The library is practicing open access system in which the users have given full freedom to access the library books directly.

Photocopying facility is provided to the readers in a reasonable rate. The library is having three automatic photocopying machines at present for this purpose.

Inter Library loan service is available to the members under which the books not available in the University Library are obtained from other libraries and made available to the members. Also the University Library makes available the books to other libraries when demanded.

To keep pace with recent development in agricultural and related fields, Internet service is made available to the students and research scientists. 60 nodes are installed for providing LAN and IT based services

Various types of CD ROM Databases are virtually made available through mirror server of library for retrieving references with their abstracts.
